ABOUT THE PROJECT
The National Catechetical Study (NCS) 2021: Pastoral Action Research and Intervention (PARI) Project is a follow-up study on the state and dynamics of catechetical ministry (CM) in the Philippines.
INSTITUTIONS
This research is commissioned by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) - Episcopal Commission on Catechesis and Catholic Education (ECCCE) to the University of Santo Tomas' (UST) Research Center for Social Sciences and Education (RCSSED).
OUR RESEARCH TEAM
The NCS 2021: PARI Project is a multi/inter/trans-disciplinary team of researchers from various disciplinal fields such as sociology, history, educational management, theology, religious education, social statistics, development studies, and multimedia studies.
OUR VISION
This project envisions understanding and energizing the Philippine catechetical scene by implementing pastoral researches and intervention activities toward quality catechetical ministry (CM) in order to generate educative opportunities for new modes of catechesis and evangelization in the country.
